Masoor Daal(Lentils) Kebabs
Ingredients:
Lentils - 1 cup
Boiled potato - 4
Onion chopped - 1
large Ginger grated - 2 inch
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Mint powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Green chili chopped - 2 nos
Cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
Chiliflex -1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice-- 1 Lemon
Oil for Shallow fry - 2 tbsp
PROCEDURE
Step 1 - Steam the lentils properly.
Step 2 - Mash the boiled potatoes.
Step 3 - Now mix up lentils and mashed potatoes.
Step 4 - Add up all the other ingredients to make a thick dough, and make kebabs.
Step 5 - Heat the oil in the frying pan, and shallow fry the kebabs.
Serve Hot With Salad And Sauces.
