
Crispy Egg Pakoda [ Ande Ke Pakode ]
Ingredients:
-Foe Egg Batter
Eggs - 2
Onion - 1 small
Green Chili - 1
Coriander leaves - 2Tbsp
Salt to taste
-For Gram Flour Batter
Gram Flour - 1/2 Cup
Salt to taste
Red chili paste - 1/4 Tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Chili flakes - 1/4 Tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/4 Tsp
Edible Soda - 1 Pinch
Sesame seeds
Water
Oil [For frying)
PROCEDURE
Step 1 - Make a fluent thin dough of the gram flour.
Step 2 - At the second place, blend the eggs finely and add chopped onion, finely chopped green chili, coriander leaves, and salt to taste.
Step 3 - In a pan, add some oil, then pour the blended eggs and spread them to the fullest.
Step 4 - Turn the two opposite sides onto the center, and shallow fry it until it turns a little brownly. And switch of the gas.
Step 5 - Cut it into vertical pieces, and put aside.
Step 6 - (If your Gram Flour Batter is super thick ) Add a little bit of water in the gram flour batter and mix it well.
Step 7 - In your, Gram Flour Batter add salt to taste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, Chopped coriander leaves, cumin seeds, chili flakes, and edible soda.
Step 8 - Dip the omelet slices into the gram flour batter, take them out with the help of a fork and garnish with sesame seeds.
Step 9 - Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry these completely. Take them out on a kitchen towel/paper.
Serve Hot with sauces.
